Individuals submitting information on the Intake Form are initiating contact with West Fund and can cease communication with West Fund at any time. Additional information that is collected by West Fund during follow-up questioning is specifically used for identifying trends in minimal demographic representation and trends in the requests for support. This information helps West Fund to identify funding resources and helps West Fund meet the needs of our community.
